Then We Walked Email and Newsletter Subscribers
I use ConvertKit (https://convertkit.com/privacy) to collect subscribers to my newsletter. You are only subscribed if you provide me the information direct. There is no other way that I collect this data.
Part of that sign up process asks that you acknowledge how my site collects your information and that you are protected by GDPR.
I will not knowingly share your information with any third parties. My subscriber list is for my use only. I collect your name and email address in the sign up process and I also ask your travel preferences (Camino or Travel). This information is stored within Convertkit.
You retain the right to opt-out and unsubscribe at any point.
Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics and it tracks how people use my website. It provides information such as how you found me (web search or from another site) and it tells me how users move around on my site.
Google Analytics will capture an IP address with location, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics.
